75th Annual Texas State Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament Parade of Champions
March 5, 2011 - Texas State Golden Gloves hosted their 75th Annual Tournament and on Saturday, March 5, 2011 during the Finals, they hosted a Tournament of Champions. They were paraded around the arena and then called into the ring to be recognized for their accomplishments. East Texas was represented with several returning Champions. Bobby Vascocu 119 lb. from 1972, Carl Ivey 178 lb. from 1972, and Ronald Paul 147 lb. from 1975.
